We are currently seeking enthusiastic trainee administrators to join our building and restoration team.
Our residential building and restoration companies have been specialising in insurance repairs for over 20 years. We comprise of an energetic team of highly skilled individuals, with strong backgrounds in construction, restoration and administration. We currently have opportunities available for both experienced and entry level administrators to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess:
Willingness to advance your skills in office administration, data entry and report typing
Professional phone manner
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel and Word, MYOB experience preferred but not required
A positive and friendly "can do" approach to life and work
Be highly organised and have the ability to prioritise
Have energy and be willing to learn
Drivers license and clean driving record essential
Extremely reliable and dependable
Be well presented
Attention to detail is essential
The ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
Touch typing, punctuation/grammar and formatting skills are also highly regarded
Ability to work well under pressure
Most importantly, you must have common sense, show initiative and the right attitude!
Duties you will undertake in this role include:
Dealing effectively with trades and clients
Assisting the building team to meet KPIs
Generating and typing reports
Managing job files
General office support
