How would you like to work in a dynamic and flexible environment in an Office Administration role whilst gaining a nationally recognised qualification (Business Administration Traineeship) with potential growth into either HR or Accounting.
Our employer is a privately owned, Western Australian based technology projects and managed services provider, they specialise in Modern Work, Security, and Cloud & Infrastructure solutions and services that address the clients needs to operate securely, efficiently, and competitively in their market.
Duties would include:
HR support and general office duties
A mature attitude when dealing with confidential and sensitive information,
Good written and verbal communication skills,
To be a team player with the ability to work autonomously when required,
Problem solving skills,
Be able to multi-task and work under pressure,
Planning and organising skills,
Have a can-do attitude, reliable and motived to succeed,
Be committed to a program of on the job learning and formal training,
Microsoft computer skills, particularly Excel, at a basic level.
As this is a trainee position the successful applicant will need to be an Australian resident or Permanent citizen.
