This well-established WA company service a wide range of clients and medical equipment and are now looking for an Apprentice Electronics and Communication/Biomedical Engineer with full training and support provided.

The position is based in Perth with the main work area being the metropolitan area, dependent on progress, there may be some travel for work outside the metropolitan area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES:
Perform planned maintenance, service and repairs of medical devices which could include patient monitors, pumps, and lifesaving equipment.
Undertake a continuing program of training and learning both academically and on the job
Provide good customer service and meet targets in service level agreements
Ability to work well as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Undertake administration of jobs to ensure completion in an accurate and timely manner and to Australian standards and manufacturers recommendations
The successful candidate will have:
Minimum of year 10 high school
Ability to learn technical product information quickly
Problem solving skills
Willingness to work in a team environment
Some proficiency in the use of a computer and Microsoft Office applications
As this is an Apprenticeship position the successful applicant with need to be an Australian resident or Permanent citizen.
