Did you have a knack for welding and metalwork during school; or maybe you like spending your free time building and creating projects with your hands? If you think youre up for a challenge and a job with variety, then becoming a boilermaking apprenticeship could be what youre after!
Undertaking this four-year apprenticeship will give you the opportunity to become a qualified Boilermaker and earn your Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication.
You will learn the ins and outs of steel fabrication, welding and grinding within the mining, smelting, building and associated industries. You will be working on heavy industrial strucutures and get the chance to sink your teeth into some big and interesting projects! This position is located in Rutherford and you will be hosted with a leading steel fabrication company with ample tradesman to set you up for success with this apprenticeship.

WHO SHOULD APPLY
We are looking for someone with a real go-getter attitude, an aptitude for mechanics and maths, and someone who is looking for a challenge and is ready to put in the hard work.
Current drivers licence and reliable transport to and from work at Rutherford
A basic understanding of the fabrication industry
Pre-apprenticeship or hands-on experience welding (preferred)
Strong aptitude for Maths
