Formed in 2003, our client is the leading not-for-profit associating body for Massage, Remedial Massage and Myotherapy. They encourage a high standard of practice, promote the profession of Massage, Remedial Massage and Myotherapy, provide rules of conduct, ethics and standards and to ensure the quality and delivery of training in Australia. Our client also serves as a valuable resource for both professional Practitioners, Allied Health providers and the general public.
You will have the opportunity to learn from passionate professionals as you begin your career in business administration. You will be responding to emails, performing reception duties, completing data entry, taking and directing inbound calls and providing effective administrative support to staff, directors and clients. You will have an interest in bookkeeping, as you will be assisting with processing payments over the telephone and could eventually assist in completing reconciliation.
- Great time management with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Fantastic attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- An excellent communicator (written and verbal) who is hard working and reliable
- A highly organised self-starter who is keen and eager to learn
- Admirable computer literacy - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Interest in bookkeeping
