Position Description
Our client is a fully licensed restaurant and has an extensive Italian wine list which showcases some of the best Italian varieties. . They are currently seeking a 1st or 2nd Year Chef apprentice to complete their qualification.
The Roles
We are seeking a Chef apprentice who is motivated and reliable and looking to gain practical on-the-job experience while gaining their Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
You must have:
A passion for food and have an excellent work ethic;
Some hospitality experience;
Good communication and listening skills;
Reliable transport as there are early starts.
- Driver's license and Car;
- Working Days and hours: Wed to Sunday 5pm to 9pm
