It takes commitment, enthusiasm and dedication to complete a Certificate III Commercial Cookery (Chef) Apprenticeship, but the rewards are endless!
This Emerald based restaurant provides a standard of excellence relevant and absolute to the international restaurant industry standards irrespective of its remote location.
You will be trained in, and become experienced in all aspects of FOH restaurant operations. Including, but not limited to, a la Carte Table Service, Coffee Making, Beverage & Wine Service, Cocktails, Function Management, Processing Reservations, Customer Service, POS terminal, Sales.
Hours of operation: 5.30am to 9am Monday to Friday and 530pm to 10pm Monday to Saturday - Rostered Shifts between 12 noon and 10pm Monday to Saturday.
