Position Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for X2 someone's looking to enter the hospitality industry by completing an apprenticeship - Certificate 4 Commercial Cookery (Chef). During this apprenticeship you will be working for a company that prides themselves on being able to create customised, unique menu's to suit their clients special occasion or corporate function.

This family owned caf/restaurant provides their customers with a range of freshly made in house meals 7 days a week and attend many functions and exclusive events around the Sunshine Coast Region.

To be considered for this role you will need to have great multi tasking skills, be a team player, reliable and be willing to follow instructions and tasks as delegated, in turn you will be provided with outstanding training and skills to see you thru you're apprenticeship. Successful applicants will also need to hold a current drivers license.

Your role will include but is not limited to:
- Preparation of a range of condiments and frozen restaurant quality ready- made meals
- Preparation of Freshly sourced fruits and vegetables for freshly made meals
- Stock rotation
- General house keeping
- Front of house service
