Based in Malaga, our client has been the leading insurance builder of WA for over 30 years. They specialise in property damage claims, renovations and extensions, new builds, restoration services, servicing the community WA wide.
They are now offering a traineeship with a wonderful opportunity for someone to develop the foundation skills required for a career within administration.
The successful candidate will perform a range of administrative tasks, while delivering the highest level of customer service, through face-to-face, phone and written correspondence, building rapport and strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
To succeed in this role you will -
- Have expectational customer service skills and telephone manner
- Be organised with an ability to follow direction and meet deadlines
- Posses sound Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Have a car and licence
