MEGT in conjunction with Microsoft have a fantastic opportunity for a candidate whom is passionate and interested in securing a career in the IT sector! The Microsoft Traineeship Program offers the ideal candidate hands on work experience in the IT field; while providing on the job training with a range of Host employees across Sydney! After completion of your 2 year PAID Traineeship; you will receive Globally Recognised qualifications and a CERT IV in Information Technology. The Role:

• Assist with incoming customer IT enquiries via phone, email and online chat service
• Triage ticket requests and assign to the correct IT department
• Action tickets and offer remote access customer solutions and IT Hardware/Software set up
• Use platforms such as: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, Mimecast and Active Directory

The ideal Candidate:

• HSC completed (Grade 12); subjects studied: IT, English, Math
• Strong communication skills
• Previous Experience in a Customer service role
• Able to follow direction and work autonomously
• Previous CERT 2 or 3 in IT would be of advantageous
