Position Description

We have a company based on the Gold Coast looking for a Business Administration Trainee to assist with Reception and Sales Administration. This is a full time position, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm.

The purpose of the Receptionist / Sales Administrator is to ensure that all incoming phone calls are attended to in a prompt and courteous manner, and directed in the first instance to the right department. This role will provide professional administrative support to the sales team and other company departments, to provide an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.

Duties & responsibilities
First point of contact for incoming phone calls
First point of contact for sales enquiries
Provide friendly, professional service with a timely response to phone & email enquiries
Prepare sales quotes in a standard format and timely manner including following up sales-person/s to ensure information is provided promptly
Follow up sales quotes and calls, assist the team to make sales
Prepare and generate all sales documents and proposals
Maintain the integrity of the job management system TSM Build strong customer relationships
Prepare service agreements
Look for opportunities to schedule sales appointments for the sales team
Manage the sales teams calendar and appointments
Actively seek new sales leads to generate further work
Maintain clean and tidy reception area & boardroom
Other reasonable duties as required

Professional communication and exceptional customer service
Ability to productively manage own time, whilst juggling multiple priorities
High level of efficiency and attention to detail
Strong Word and Excel skills
