Call Centre operators answer enquiries about products and services and promote an organisation’s products and services through the use of phone, SMS and email.

Call Centre operators may perform the following tasks:

• Receive calls and answer enquiries
• Make outbound calls for the purpose of sales and/or research enquiries.
• Promoting all services or products offered by a company
• Updating databases with the details and status of each client or potential client
• Arranging for products, information kits and brochures to be delivered to customers and other interested parties.
• Performing clerical duties, such as faxing, filing and filling out paperwork.
