A qualification as an Exercise Instructor will provide the skill and knowledge needed to train clients in correct exercise techniques and promote healthy activity.

Duties performed by an Exercise Instructor may include:

• Determining the fitness levels of clients and adapting exercises to be performed according to this
• Providing training to groups and individuals by preparing rotuines and exercise plans
• Learning correct exercise and weightlifting techniques and working with clients to adjust incorrect technique
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
