A Canvas Goods Maker Fabricates and repairs canvas and other materials of a similar nature, including tents, awnings, horse rugs, tarpaulins and caravan annexes.

Responsibilities include:

• Cutting and preparing canvas to certain patterns, drawings and specifications.
• Joining sections of canvas together, through Sewing, glueing and riveting, to create products such as awnings, tents, tarpaulins and horse rugs.
• Attaching grommets, fastenings and other fittings to a variety of canvas goods.
• Fabricating sails.
