The Online Display Text on the Job Profile page is a very important piece of information that your should spend some time getting right.

It is what appears in the search list and your detailed profile page – and is the first thing an Employer will see when they are browsing for a potential applicant.

Please avoid: –

• Putting your Full Name in this section – for privacy reasons, only logged in Employers should be able to see this information.
• Slang, profanity or other words and phrases that might harm your chances of being selected by an Employer.

You should: –

• Use good grammar and proper punctuation.
• Make it long enough so that Employers can get a feeling as to what you are all about – but not so long that it sounds like waffle.

It would not be a bad idea to get help with this, if you are not sure about it.
