Duties performed by a Technical Security trainee may include:

• Installing alarm systems, CCTV cameras and other technological security measures
• Maintain existing systems and performing regular tests to determine their efficiency
• Receiving calls and alarms related to breaches of security and following correct procedures and requirements
• Use diagnostic equipment to determine effective ness of security systems and repairing any faults
