A Holiday or Park Operations qualification will provide the skills and knowledge needed to work within a front office, housekeeping or grounds maintenance environment. It involves performing the day to day task required to maintain a caravan park or similar environment.
Duties of a holiday or Park Operations trainee may include:
Coordinating, supervising and training other members of staff
Working within an office environment, performing clerical duties such as
taking reservations, working reception, acting as cashier and other accounts work
Cleaning and servicing accommodation
Performing routine repair work and maintenance, in particular, with pool and garden care.
