A Holiday or Park Operations qualification will provide the skills and knowledge needed to work within a front office, housekeeping or grounds maintenance environment. It involves performing the day to day task required to maintain a caravan park or similar environment.

Duties of a holiday or Park Operations trainee may include:

• Coordinating, supervising and training other members of staff
• Working within an office environment, performing clerical duties such as
• taking reservations, working reception, acting as cashier and other accounts work
• Cleaning and servicing accommodation
• Performing routine repair work and maintenance, in particular, with pool and garden care.
