There are three different ways in which to begin your apprenticeship Choose the option that best suits the type of work you are seeking. If you would like, you can choose both full time and part time to allow for more options. If you are currently attending school you must choose school based.

Full Time – Minimum of 38 hours per week paid work.

Part Time – Minimum of 15 hours per week paid work (depending on your employer, it’s possible to work more). Time frame given to complete the apprenticeship will be double the time frame of a full time apprenticeship.

School Based – minimum 50 days per year paid work (depending on your employer, it’s possible to work more). Time frame given to complete the apprenticeship will be double the time frame of a full time apprenticeship. Apprentice must be attending Secondary school to begin a school based apprenticeship.
